I am sorry for not updating the site earlier, however I had some problems with the site manger   

       This Thrusday the dress will be combats to start and you will also need to bring a light blue RCR t-shirt if you have your BIQ, if you are not qualified ensure that you have a green army t-shirt.  You need these shirts so that you can wear it for unarmed combat training.  As well as shower stuff just incase.
